  Each subscription belongs to one parent account.
• Timeout

  Operation timed out

  Unstable Wi-Fi — not a server issue.
• No session

  No active class right now

  No session started, or the server address is wrong.
• Robotic voice

  I hear a robotic voice with odd English pronunciation, not Annie

  This isn't Annie — it's Minecraft's own accessibility voice (Text-to-Speech on Bedrock, Narrator on Java) reading the UI and chat through the device's TTS engine. Annie's actual voice uses US English.
• Not on server

  Stuck on 'Connect to Minecraft'

  The Aleph Kids app shows only the 'Connect to Minecraft' message. This means Minecraft hasn't connected to the server address we gave you yet.
• No voice

  I can see Annie but can't hear her voice

  Annie shows up in Minecraft but you hear no voice at all.
  💡 1. Fully close and reopen the app: Swipe up from the bottom to see open apps, then swipe Aleph Kids away to close it, and reopen. The lightest step — try this first.
  
  2. Check for an app update in App Store / Play Store: Open App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android), search for Aleph Kids, and tap "Update" if available. A newer build may be waiting.
  
  3. Update Android: If steps 1–2 didn't help, open Settings and search for "Software update", then install the latest version available for your device. (The exact menu path differs across Samsung / LG / Pixel.)
  
  4. Turn on mic permission directly (last step): If the steps above didn't help, turn on mic permission in your phone Settings.
  iOS: Settings → Aleph Kids → Microphone ON.
  Android: Settings → Apps → Aleph Kids → Permissions → Microphone → "Allow".
  After enabling permission, fully close and reopen the app once more (same as step 1). If that still doesn't help, contact support.
